As the band’s first Brisbane show at The Zoo on Saturday 22nd of September has now SOLD OUT we are excited to announce that a 2nd show has now been added for Sunday 23rd September. Tickets are available here on the website and at www.thezoo.com Skinny’s and Rockinghorse.

Win Tickets To The Playroom – competition now closed.

Thank you to all those who entered the competition to win free tickets to see SFK play ‘The Playroom’.Entries have now closed and the winners have been notified.The Playroom is a revolutionary new live music show where bands perform and record a live album, at the same time. In a music first, you’ll be able to watch the performance on Channel [V], listen to it on Nova and download the live album later on iTunes. Something for Kate will perform live in the Playroom on August 11th in Sydney.

Something For Kate have very painstakingly handpicked 33 tracks from across all of their albums, E.P’s and various singles to come up with a document of their career so far on Australia’s “Murmur” Record Label, home to the band for over 10 years now. BRAND NEW SFK SONG ON YOUR RADIO – ‘THE FUTURIST’

Something For Kate have recorded a brand new song titled ‘The Futurist’ specially for the release of the band’s retrospective double album, ‘The Murmur Years’. ‘The Futurist’, an intense, stomping epic also features the sultry vocals of Sydney singer/songwriter, Bertie Blackman. The band are currently in the process of making the accompanying video which will hit your TV in the next week. Stay tuned to the website for further information on this.
